• Thanks for attending the meeting, I have scheduled the next meeting on February 2^nd. I have included representation from Health, Campus and SDSC. Please see below the main discussion points that we covered today :

  • The point of contacts to maintain the packages are identified as below:

    • Campus: Daniel Ratcliff

    • SDSC: Winston Armstrong

    • Health: TBD

      • Action Item: To reach out to Fred Poulsen and confirm the contact. As we understand EMM team( Darren Moore, Derek Good ?) is maintaining the package, we need to know who is testing and uploading the package.

    • Request is to combine the two installers in one bundle.

  • SDSC: Separate installers. New machines users need to install the packages

• Testing of Packages:

  • Need to maintain a list of the testers for Campus, Health, SDSC

  • Campus:  No issue with Windows system testing. Issue is that you need 3 different Mac systems to test

    • Action Item: Need a test lab for Mac 

    • Claire's team can help test on Mac system

  • Health: Miguel pointed that

• Reviewed the OGA Tool with Demo, All the award data comes from the proposal; An issue is created for each proposal in Jira with Atlassian tool ; Conflict of Interest (CI) dashboard is updated; compliance is approved; than its moved 

• Award comes in and before its processed; ideal is to send the notification to the nominee to complete the CCR certification

  • This award is good for 3 years

FireEye tool is bought out. The impact is immense, will change in the installation instructions across the board. 

Professional Schools on Health side  use Jamf Protect.

The installation instruction will not be updated for all the managed devices older than 2018

Does it change anything on already installed packages ?
