• People’s Leaders Summit + some of the workshops that Terry Windbush leads sometimes overlap in subjects

• Keeping track of the goals

  • Leaves it to the onus of the employee

  • Honor code

• Keep an eye out for the HR Workshops that are sent out via email

  • Leverage what they already have

  • Look into joining or participate in the initiatives

  • Gender recognition act affected all of us last year so choosing the goals for last year made sense

• Reproductive Health is a topic that is relevant

  • Is there communication on this topic?

• Can we tie in EDI and AI since BFS has such a big emphasis on AI

• Ask Nikki G is she has come across any trainings in EDI and biases

• How do financial institutions handle EDI? Not just with the clients, but also the community that they are serving

• Do some research on the topics discussed today and come back next meeting with some solid options

• Look at the Office of EDI page and check out the drawers to see what can apply to us in BFS

Lead Fellows Report

• Lead Fellows are going to facilitate a discussion to the JEDI Group for the 21 day anti-racist challenge

• JEDI Group is making it an opt in experience

• Is there a pre-existing curriculum that works with IPPS?

  • Bring in Lead fellows from other divisions to lead the talks

• Series of readings, series to watch, podcasts to listen to

  • Tony and Kacy will pick the first section and ask the participants to review at least one of the resources

    • Acquaint yourself with the material and then just lead a discussion

• This starts on 3/26 for the JEDI Group so we will get the framework for how we can apply this to IPPS

• Best to see how it pans out

• Maybe using the content for the Open Forum so we can start revamping

  • Start from the top and go from there
