1. Figure out what systematic configuration changes we need as check system

2. Embed in the communication once we go to a group to have a local on point person to work with the faculty to complete it.

3. We do have stats by unit, we also have a dashboard working on to be done by end of November.  We'll be meeting with the Deans quarterly to go over their status.

4. Coordinated messages with "preferred senders"

5. Include recommendation regarding how long the process takes to complete.

Target mapping for activity Hubs can be set up under Research Activity Hub to Investigator / PI in a view

Details in SNOW ticket IPPI-6820 - BIA Kuali Build to AH Cybersecurity Certification for Research (CCR) data IN PROGRESS

This is a request to push CCR information from the Kuali Build CCR form to AH's, so OCGA would have the ability to create a report to verify who as completed a CCR and when.

Data to be pulled from the Kuali Build CCR Form:

PI Info ("schoolid" in the form is the PI EMPL ID)
Certification ID (CCR submission ID)
Certification Status (Received, In Progress, Complete)
Certificate Issue and Expirations date. Issue date is of workflow issuance date, expiration date is 3 years after the issuance date.

Ask them to do it a submission.  Not meant to keep PI from submitting.  When data and reporting ready we can add links to this process where they can check as well.

Keep history

List desired fields ID, Status - Reviewed, In Progress, Complete, Date,

The change request is ready to go when this is ready

Before the award is granted? If completed, award moves forward. If not completed, and process has not been started or unsure, we set up guides they can follow to complete.

Can we get a list of those that begin submissions for Clair's team to follow-up with them to check to make sure certification is done and reach out to those that haven't. - Yes - Nicole, this report exists now.  We can check on adding in if the CCR has been completed.

Also incorporating into Dean's reports.  Where we can show the percentages of completed certifications and where they are missing

Mike - working on a dashboard for the Dean's with various metrics where this can be included.
