Effective October 2021, Tutors have a new Salary Admin Plan. For graduate and undergraduate students serving in the Tutor (002860) job code, please use the UCSD-specific Salary Admin Plan of SDTU. If 1, 2023, Teaching Assistants and Associate Instructors (Associate-in-lieu and Associate-in dept) have new Salary Admin Plans and Grades.
For graduate students serving in the above job codes, please use the applicable Salary Admin Plan with any new appointments for Fall 2023, effective date 10/01/2023. The range adjustment should capture existing appointments with the old Salary Admin Plans. If after the range adjustment, you notice your student still has T020T018 (TAs) or T19A (AIs), please update to SDTU as outlined above effective 10/01/2021 for monthly and 10/03/2021 for biweekly employees2023. Updates are reflected on the AY 2021‐2022 2023‐2024 Student Academic Title Rates Chart.Please note: Postdoctoral Tutors should continue to have a BYA Salary Admin Plan. |
