June 2020 fellowship requests should be submitted no later than Friday, June 12, 2020 to meet the July 1, 2020 pay date.
As a reminder, submit requests to the Graduate Division through the Financial Support Request Tool (Student DB: https://student-db.grad.ucsd.edu/ under “Apps”)
- If you are requesting that a stipend payment be made on a previously unused index, you should assume that a minimum of at least one (1) additional week is needed to process your request.
- We will continue to use the financial support online request tool to process international student stipends for June 2020, please be sure to enter all stipend requests for June into the tool as soon as possible but no later than June 12th . This will allow Disbursements enough time to process these stipends via MyPayments. International student stipends should no longer be entered into any payroll system, they only need to be entered into the financial support online request tool.
We would greatly appreciate if you could keep in mind the following:
- In order to ensure that graduate stipends are received by students on the first of the month as expected, please submit your requests no later than the deadline stated above.
- Note: You may access your monthly stipend report online at: https://student-db.grad.ucsd.edu/
- If you have questions regarding a stipend payment fund source and/or amount, please double-check the financial support online request tool to verify the actual request before following up with the Financial Support Unit.
