July 2020 fellowship requests should be submitted no later than Friday, July 17, 2020 to meet the August 1, 2020 payment date.
As a reminder, submit requests to the Graduate Division through the Financial Support Request Tool (Student DB: https://student-db.grad.ucsd.edu/ under “Apps”)

We would greatly appreciate if you could keep in mind the following:
- In order to ensure that graduate stipends are received by students on the first of the month as expected, please submit your requests no later than the deadline stated above.
- Note: You may access your monthly stipend report online at: https://student-db.grad.ucsd.edu/
- If you have questions regarding a stipend payment fund source and/or amount, please double-check the Financial Support Request Tool to verify the actual request before following up with the Financial Support Unit.
All of the above dates assume the appropriate input deadlines have been met.
