This view is joined with:

  • SAH-Demographics-View 

Includes:

  • Historical records of students (Term based information).
  • Current / most recent information about students.
  • First recorded activities and information about students, such as students' first college, their first enrolled term, and their first major

Note:

  • Transfer students will always have a null student level for their transfer records, but once they have UCSD records those records will be populated.

Additional Notes:

  • The fields with current suffix will carry over the most recent values of those fields if a student graduates or drops out.
  • This view shows primary / secondary major for each term all in one row but separate fields. Therefore there should only be one row per student per term:
