Tableau Filters Users Cannot Change

Filters by default are applied to a workbook without the ability for users to change values.  The consumer cannot change the values the report developer has set.

From the Data Side Bar:

Drag the field that you want to filter the workbook by, to the Filters Card and set the desired values.
