This view contains all detailed employer contribution expense transactions excluding any Actual Benefit expenses built into the CBR. All details stored at the detailed FAU level. Start here and then branch out if you are need finding the data you need.

Fields that make up the primary key:

  • LL Employee ID

  • LL Employee Record

  • LL Job Action Effective Date

  • LL Job Effective Sequence Number

  • LL Pay Run Code

  • LL Earnings Run Code

  • LL Business Unit Code

  • LL Pay Check Off Cycle Flag

  • LL Earnings Type Code

  • LL Fringe Journal ID

  • LL Fringe GL Journal Line Number

  • LL Fringe Journal Line Reference

  • LL Fringe Additional Sequence Number

Key Fields to use as filters:

  • HR Status - Values of Active and Inactive

  • Employee Status - 6 Values of Active Paid Leave of Absence, Retired, etc. 

  • Job Code = CONV are converted records that can be filtered out if not needed

  • Employee Class - Values of Academic, Staff, Student etc.

  • Position Pool - Values of WS-Federal, WS-Math/Reading Tutors

  • Job Action has values - Termination, Hire, Rehire etc.

  • Job Action Reason has values - Rehire, Academic Concurrent Hire etc.

  • Union Code has values - Service, Technical, Academic Researchers etc.
