EAH-EmployeeDemographics-View Quick Start Guide

This view contains all of the employee current demographics information.  Start here and then branch out if you are need finding the data you need.

Key Data:

EAH-EmployeeDemographics includes data on current emergency primary contact , current contact, current information and current name information for employees.

Key Fields: *Make Up the Primary Key

• Employee ID*

Key Fields to use as filters:

• Employee ID

Name Field Logic: 

• Employee Name fields will now display Preferred Name if offered by employee, otherwise it shows the Legal Name. (new)

• Employee Name Preferred displays Preferred Name if offered by employee, otherwise it shows the Legal Name. (current)
