Overview

This view only contains students who have a official withdrawal record with UCSD.

Students who have an application for a withdrawal are NOT included in this view. Only after the withdrawal is approved by UCSD will the student appear in this view.

Critical Concepts

Pre-Joined Data

  • The SAH-Withdrawal Narrow-View joins the most current withdrawal status per student+term with MajorMinorNarrow, Demographics and Student Stats Per Term data.

  • This view only contains students who have official withdrawn at some point.

  • Withdrawal Narrow view looks at the most current withdrawal status without looking forward. It does not include future dated withdrawals.

  • Withdrawal Narrow view is joined with Major Minor Narrow, Demographics and Student Stats Per Term views.

  • Current fields show a student's most recent activities and information at UCSD.

  • First fields show a student's first term of recorded activities and information at UCSD.
