Hello SAH Developers - The below enhancements are included in this month's SAH Release.

Dev0 Phase2 

The BIA team has reached the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase of Dev0 Phase 2 in our preparation for TSS.  UAT is a critical time for report developers and data integration developers to complete their own testing scenarios against the SAH DEV0 on Hana QA. BIA relies on the business expertise of the SAH report developers to examine SAH from a business user perspective. Currently in Hana PROD 

• All records from ISIS and Med Hub (clinical residents).   

• Includes records for admissions where the person never actually registered for classes. 

• Historical to 2004 

New in Hana QA 

• All records where (1) the person has ever had a registration status, been a clinical resident, or received a degree; or (2) a person has accepted their UCSD offer for the current or future term.

• No historical filter.  All records from ISIS meeting the above condition are included. 

• Fields used for underlying joins with SAH-StudentStatsPerTerm-View that have been marked ‘Hide Me’ will be removed as we implement a new logic. Report developers should not be impacted but Data Integration developers will need to update their column group calls.

• SLT dependencies for the views included in Phase1 and Phase2 will be removed. The SLT technology has proved to be unreliable and BIA is expecting to remove all dependencies on SLT by the end of Dev0.

• Wednesday, June 4, end of day: release enhancements to User Acceptance Testing

• Wednesday, June 11, UAT feedback due

• Thursday, June 12 - Tuesday, June 17: BIA implements any changes

• Wednesday, June 18, end of day: release enhancements to Production

• Friday, June 20, end of day: delete QA models

New Views!

The Accounts Receivable Team and BIA are existed to release 4 new views containing data from ISIS Accounts Receivable, adding to the views included in SAH Core access. Click on the name of the view to see the Quick Start Guide for the new view.
