• 7 Thursday: release enhancements to User Acceptance Testing

• 14 Thursday end of day: release enhancement to Production

• 15 Friday, end of day: delete QA models

• BIA is hard at work preparing for TSS go live.  This will take the efforts of all BIA team members and require the freeze on EAH enhancements until post TSS go live.

• Bug fixes will continue to be resolved, all other items will be prioritized to after TSS.

Per report developer request, BIA and the Graduate Student Financial Support team have collaborated to create two new views. These views will provide report developers with the ability to count active quarters for academic student employees. Active quarter counts will help UCSD to:

• Comply with university Academic Personnel Manual policy to limit the number of quarters students can hold these positions

• Comply with the BR/BX contract to correctly pay students on the salary scale per their experience

• Comply with the BR/BX contract to correctly pay tuition remission for students in eligible appointments

These views will be part of the EAH Core views and do not require row level security.
