The following article is a start guide for those using SAH-AR Views.

SAH displays the data available from ISIS and TSS with no pre-filters. We are aware that some data has been archived and is no longer available from ISIS.

• July 30, 2026 was the cut-over date for moving ISIS Student AR data into TSS.

• Only active records were moved into TSS, this includes unpaid transactions and open deposits.

SAH-AR includes more than Student PIDs as more than Students can make payment. Use these fields to find the PIDs for other types of payers.

• SIS Transaction Internal Ref ID

• SIS Transaction Description

Are these the same?

No. SIS AR Data Source is based on the AR transaction rows. SIS Data Source is based on the Student rows.

But they match?

Most of the time, yet. Only when the payment is made from a non-Student account with the SIS Data Source be null.

Are these the same?

No. SIS Transaction Term Code is based on the AR transaction rows and only populated in ISIS. Term Code is based on the Student rows from ISIS on ISIS rows and from TSS on the TSS rows.

Several SAH-AR views include Oracle data in order to help analysts compare what is in AR and what has posted to Oracle. The fields seen in SAH-AR are based on the AR data. To see the Oracle data you will need to use FINAH. When comparing SAH-AR to FINAH you will see additional rows in FINAH, these are offset transactions that only exist in Oracle and get created during the data integration process.
