Thank you for participating in SAH UAT. Your feedback is vital to successfully adding TSS data into SAH.

Steps

1. Read SAH from TSSPreview

2. Check to see if your report or column group call is impacted by the views receiving TSS data for the specific month.

3. Check the View Impact Per Release.xlsx spreadsheet to see if the fields in your report or column group call is using a field that is expected to have TSS data.

4. Run your report or column group call using Hana QA.

   1. Are you seeing TSS data in the fields from the spreadsheet when you connect to Hana QA?

   2. Yes - great!

   3. No - double check your filters, you may be filtered for a value that is not coming from TSS yet.

   4. Still No? - email busintel@ucsd.edu with the details of your report / column group call

      1. Report name, location, specific field you are expecting to see values in

      2. Copy & paste column group call into the email, screenshot of results when using Hana QA (remove PII)

5. Decide what data you want included in your report or column group call. Do you want ISIS data, TSS data or both?

6. Update your report or column group call accordingly.

Troubleshooting

Check your filters. You may be filtering on a field that does not have TSS data yet.

Check View Impact Per Release.xlsx to see if the field is expected to have data yet.
