Extracts, can the team refresh it?

Currently have an open ticket with BIA.

Options:

1. BIA can look at the security to see if there is an option to allow the developer AD group access to the extracts and ask SalesForce if we don’t see one.

2. You can use a service account, a generic username shared by your team. Just make sure that service account is in your AD groups with developer access.

Populating value across multiple rows

It’s possible if you have a common value that is in each row, and only the rows you want the value to extend across.

It will be a new calculated fields along the lines of MAX([PO Number] for [Reference Number])
