SAH Term Set

SAH Term Sets are a group of fields that display Term data in different ways so you can group your data.

The folder name indicates what event the term is tied to.

Term Set - UG Admit Term = Fields in this folder will display data for the term in which the Undergraduate was Admitted to UCSD.

Transitioning from ISIS to TSS has enabled the campus to create unique calendars for each student level and expand on the names of fields. ISIS only contained one calendar that we applied to all student levels. SAH displays the values as seen in the SIS Data Source.

*Term ID = Will not exist in TSS, instead it will be formatted in SAH as YYYY-###-AAA representing the AcademicYear-TermSession-AcademicCalendarCode

Historically the Term ID from ISIS was used to sort Terms in Calendar order. This need remains, so SAH will be creating the following fields for both ISIS and TSS rows sometime after the July 2026 release. See SAH from TSS for more details.

Business logic:

Calendar Year + 01 for Qtr like '%winter%'
Calendar Year + 02 for Qtr like '%spring%'
Calendar Year + 03 for Qtr like '%sum%'
Calendar Year + 04 for Qtr like '%fall%'

Business logic: Year the term belongs to, starting with Summer. Designed to match ISIS and UCOP calendar. Summer → Fall → Winter → Spring

Business logic: Year the term belongs to, ending with Summer. Designed to match TSS calendar. Fall → Winter → Spring → Summer
