Triton Student System (TSS) Updates and Resources for Grad Coords

For Fall 2026 enrollment, continuing and incoming graduate students will have the same standard booking window. When booking in TSS opens on July 22, 2026, all graduate students (new and continuing) should have access to begin booking courses. (The different start dates for new and incoming refers to undergraduate booking appointment times only.) The registration calendar indicates "New graduate students check with your program” for the date that booking begins for continuing students, as some graduate programs require additional actions prior to their new graduate students enrolling in courses (e.g., participate in an orientation session, complete placement exams, receive advising, etc.) Please communicate any expectations for your program to incoming students.

The GEPA StudentDB is still being remediated to pull data from TSS. We do not anticipate new student data from TSS to be in StudentDB until mid-August, at the earliest.

Students may initially have a hold on their account that requires them to verify their address. Those impacted should go to their “My Personal Details” tile and verify / update their address information. However, a decision and reconfiguration was made that the Address Validation hold will not prevent booking for FA26, but instead it will prevent booking in WI27 if the student does not take appropriate action to resolve the hold. The error message has been updated (see below screenshot).
