The GEPA Outreach and Recruitment team has created request forms that allows coordinators to seek support from our team.

For graduate programs seeking to obtain a custom web link for registration of their outreach and recruitment event use this form: Event Registration Links - OPEN FORM

Benefits:
- Collecting registration information for event attendees
- Controlled opening and closing of the registration prior to the event
- Customization of the questions in the form to specific information you want to know from the attendees
- Attendees filling the form out will become part of your department/program prospective student leads and will be targeted for email communications about graduate school at UC San Diego

- Creating a standard email template for your department/program communications
- Scheduling email communications for a specific date and time. Programs that take advantage of this can schedule the email communications the summer prior to the heavy Fall recruitment season.

These forms are intended to initiate a request for support from our team. After your request is submitted, expect to receive a follow up meeting invitation or call from our team to work on the details of your request.

MARKETING MATERIALS FOR EVENTS

The GEPA outreach and recruitment team represents the university at events where student attendees are looking for information on graduate programs. In order to better answer those questions or to refer them to the appropriate information brochure/flyer we've created a folder where programs can share their electronic marketing materials. If you have any promotional materials in electronic (PDF, word, or other formats) please upload them to this shared Google folder:
