4. New Experience

JIRA Portfolio now includes a “New Experience” beta version of an upcoming new major release. The user interface is much improved - it looks and works more like MS Project. As a beta, it does not yet include all the functionality (ie. Calculate, Teams editing) of the current version so I’ve been checking it out and switching back and forth between old and new. The steps to enable and disable the “New Experience” are further below.

NEW:

To enable the “New Experience” 1. click on “…” and then 2. select “Try the new planning experience”. To switch back, click on the gear icon (which replaces “…”) and then click on “Disable new experience” on the same screen.
