In the “Old Experience” / Project Record / Scope view you may see a list of Epics under "Issues without parent Project Record" on the bottom left side of the screen. Portfolio needs and uses a link between the Epic and the Project Record and when you add a new Epic in JIRA, this link is not automatic and you will need to make it manually.
To make the link between new Epics and Project Record, 1. Click on the Epic code (FISCM-417), and 2. Select the correct Project Record for the Epic from the drop down menu.
