ITS-PRO aka JIRA and Collab aka Confluence both leverage Active Directory for authentication. Members of ITS-Staff AD group have access to all Confluence content in Collab that has not been restricted by a space administrator. Members of ITS-All have access to pretty much all JIRA projects in ITS-PRO.
