Click the cog Recommended: Find the JIRA project you log time against the most (ie a service operation project). If you log time to multiple service operation projects, you may want to create a filter to find all those issues. Old way: Search through the filters, to find the relevant ones for you. |
Don't know the projects you log time against? Try going back through an old time period to find one or checkout Tempo Timesheet Work Area Filters for service operation issues. Feel free to also look at the deprecated section to find the name of a filter.

Go to the “All Work Areas” on the top left of that page:
Click on the drop down and you will be presented a menu of selections (similar to the example below):
At this point – you need to work with your manager to help you determine which Work Area(s) are appropriate for you to select. For the general ITS areas, here are some suggestions to select: (spend time away from work (vacation), etc.)
