| Performance Appraisal 2024-25 | CLT liked the idea of repurposing Open Forum and making it a series of activities that everyone is required to attend at least once Marielle started a list of media options Marielle G Vizcarra - can you grant everyone access to the list you started? Let’s start the series at the end of July 2024 Change Open Forum to the end of the month (and the series monthly) EDI Committee to define the first 2-3 sessions and then open up the topics/facilitation to the broader organization
