What is ITS PRO?
ITS PRO is IT Service's Project Management, Reporting, and Optimization platform. It is a comprehensive methodology, a set of standards/guides, and a world-class project management, collaboration, time tracking, and reporting tool set. It allows delivery of outcomes in a repeatable and deliberate way, consistent measurement and tracking process, and usage of data to anticipate needs and make decisions. ITS PRO is a service enhancement tool that will further enable IT Services to deliver best-in-class products and support to our customers, colleagues, and the campus at large.
ITS PRO for Time Tracking
We believe that time tracking will make you more productive. Time tracking is one of the most important elements of ITS as an service-oriented organization. Without proper time tracking, it is impossible to manage and balance resources, prioritize efforts, and allocate sufficient bandwidth to support maintenance and project work.
