Hello –


May 2020 stipend requests should be submitted no later than Friday, May 15, 2020 to meet the June 1, 2020 pay date.

As a reminder, submit your stipend requests to the Graduate Division through the Financial Support Request Tool (Student DB: https://student-db.grad.ucsd.edu under “Apps”)

  • If you are requesting that a stipend payment be made on a previously unused index, you should assume that a minimum of at least one (1) additional week is needed to process your request.
  • We will continue to use the financial support online request tool to process international student stipends for the months of May and June 2020, so please be sure to enter all stipend requests for both months into the tool by May 1st. This is an earlier entry date than usual because Disbursements needs additional time to process via My Payments.

We would greatly appreciate if you could keep in mind the following:

  • In order to ensure that graduate stipends are received on the first of the month, please submit your requests no later than the deadline stated above. 
  • Note: You may access your monthly stipend report online at: https://student-db.grad.ucsd.edu .
  • If you have questions regarding a stipend payment fund source and/or amount, please double-check the Graduate Division Financial Support Request tool to verify the actual request.
