Performance Appraisal 2024-25

• CLT liked the idea of repurposing Open Forum and making it a series of activities that everyone is required to attend at least once

• Marielle started a list of media options

• Make it more active

  • Put to action what we have learned

• Get Involved

• Host a project

• Reading some articles on the topic and presenting in the Huddle

• Read an article and show up in another team reading other than their own

• Opportunities across campus that people can attend

• Joining an affinity group

• Find an activity that can be applied to a lot of people

• Make a list of something that they can choose and have the supervisor hold them accountable:

• EDI meetings

• Make attending an Open Forum (or two) where we watch/listen/read EDI-related content and then have a discussion

• Providing lighter content

• Change the date and make it Tuesdays

• kacema & Anthony Singleton will bring this up to CLT

• 2nd session was hosted by HV

• 1st session went really well

• Attendee shared how having space to talk was important to them

Lead Fellow Report

• Shaun Travers is starting a community of practice in 2025

• Looking for individuals who have EDI responsibilities in their job cards

• Will host a 2 day intensive

• HV and Kacy are part of the pilot for the 2 day intensive

• Shaun will be hosting a “Future of the Lead Fellows” session
