Form and process, items of note and suggestions:

•  Possibly add room for the lab to report on approximately how many other people and from what area (at a high level) that might be engaged with the lab and accessing data/systems from the lab.
• Let's change wording around "Technical contact" to instead be "IT Contact" (lab teams may view the "technical" label as referring to "lab technical", not "IT technical").
• Let's provide some check boxes around type of "backup" and include one that is "other".
• Add "For the Review Committee" fields, as appropriate, where content can be inserted by the 2 reviewers, which can be for the Review Committee's eyes only.
• Need a new FAQ item - Do ours apps pull protected data? No....
• Around AD/login section - Add a pop-out box for submitter, referring them to to our login account guidelines section?
• Login accounts - Add wording around how Macs are handled.
• Apps and Web Services section - MFA - Should we flag for future follow-up?
• Richard Wagner (Deactivated)  and Winston Armstrong should update.
• Former user (Deleted) Put together an hour for team to revise the Kuali form a bit, to accommodate the suggestions above.
