Primarily targets students' outside of UC San Diego. Your department may fund undergraduate students' participation in STARS (both UC San Diego and non-UC San Diego)

      • Your department or faculty may be interested in writing grants to provide research experiences for undergraduate students. Your faculty may leverage the https://grad.ucsd.edu/diversity/oar2/programs/stars/index.html program to provide administrative support, so that your faculty can focus on the research component of a summer research program. Contact Angeline Yang avyang@ucsd.edu for more information or to get a Letter of Support. All STARS programming, and/or related costs must be written into grant proposals.
