  - Partner with OAR² https://grad.ucsd.edu/oar2/oar2office/programs/index.html to provide Research Opportunities for prospective undergraduate students.
    - https://grad.ucsd.edu/oar2/oar2office/programs/undergraduate-programs/stars/index.html Summer residential research experience and graduate school preparation activities for community college students, undergraduate students, recent college graduates, and masters students. Open to all disciplines. Primarily targets students' outside of UC San Diego. Your department may fund undergraduate students' participation in STARS (both UC San Diego and non-UC San Diego)
    - Your department or faculty may be interested in writing grants to provide research experiences for undergraduate students. Your faculty may leverage the https://grad.ucsd.edu/oar2/index.html program to provide administrative support, so that your faculty can focus on the research component of a summer research program. Contact Angeline Yang avyang@ucsd.edu for more information or to get a Letter of Support. All STARS programming, and/or related costs must be written into grant proposals.
