Projects store issues (tasks, epics) related. They get an associated key and name. If you don't know how to navigate to the project than you can search for them within the otol.
Step-by-step guide
Go to JIRA
- Click on Projects → View all projects
- You can then use the free text to search by KEY or by name.
- You can also use categories on the left hand side (not frequently used)
- Once you click on a project it will bring you to a project board or issues within the project.
