Other than epics (which are special), all the other tickets are called issues. In our system, tasks and activities are the most common issues.
Step-by-step guide
There are two ways to create issues
- You can click on the blue "Create" button (similar to epics)
- Select the right project
- Select the correct issue type
- You can also create a task from within an epic
