Top Project UpdatesKal

 EcoTime

  • Wave 0 successful (~7,500)
    • Biggest Issues:
      • Some people did not have a supervisor and we had to fix that in production
      • People did not complete their time in the old system before coming into
ours
      • Ecotime
      • Training and use-ability - people who can't see their monthly and bi-weekly employees in one list
      • 4 Door: Timekeepers are not putting tickets in the right service desk
    • Working: People are going to their timekeepers
  • Wave 1 / 2 (12,000) Go Live Ongoing
    • Biggest risks would be around data validation.
    • Some population will have employees in different Ecotime instances

UCPath

  • UCPath Governance Go/No-Go.
    • Formal review Go/No GO with Executive Sponsors (Vince, Pierre, Pearl) : Friday
    • Final Go/No Go with President / Location Chancellor: Monday
  • Technical work streams
    • Teams working on their cut-over plan
  • Biggest risks
    • Technical:
      • No technical risks that would prevent go-live.
    • Functional:
      • Training / OCM
      • Bugs impacting other campuses
      • Covid
  • Angie

Finance

  • Chart of accounts  – Stabilized and published to campus through Cognos report.
  • CM and PM – Adapting to be fully remote. Training agents in snow. Finalizing training plan and deployment – this is moving.
  • Configuration – Project lost a contractors last week. This person was replaced. Overall, this is going well, watching the impact of loosing the configurator (working on allocations (working with Deloitte)).
  • Conversion – Moving. PPM (Project Portfolio Management) is still a risk. Able to load all capital project and tasks, all stand alone. Contracts and awards is in, working on sponsor. Looking to run a mock cutover in late April. Still red but changing towards yellow.
    • Kevin gets huge props here, getting Tim, Matt Barret, Robert Diaz, DC and JJ focused. He stepped in as the PM / Functional manager on this for the past two months.
  • Integration – RED. We added three integrations to tier 1 in the past month. Cash receipts, federal draw down, and concur as a broker service.
Ted / Kevin need to go after Concur due to Concur misrepresenting their project.
  • Goal is to finish these by the end of the month.
  • Testing – RED due to the integrations being
delays
  • delayed. But a
he
  • big lift from Chuck, and
Delitte
  • Deloitte, AND Chris G. is doing TEST coordination. He is AWESOME. The design leads msg Erin all of the time telling her how he keeps them on track.
Proactivbe
  • Proactive / organized.
  • Security – Green – we have the full list of people from campus that need to go in, they
will go in.
  • are working on that now.
  • Cutover – Working on the detailed plan for this now. We have 80% of our pieces.
  • Team Update – everyone is doing
ok
  • OK. People that are having the hardest time are
Mom
  • parents without child care.
    • GL lead, foundation
laead
    • leads, ppm lead – all
moms
    • parents with Kids and struggling to get work done.
    • Consider not returning until after go-live.
