Fields that make up the primary key:
- Employee ID*
- Employee Record
- Additional Pay Earnings Type Code
- Additional Pay Start Date
- Additional Pay Sequence Number
Key Fields to use as filters:
- Employee ID
- Additional Pay AsOf Indicator Code
- Employee Status - 6 Values of Active Paid Leave of Absence, Retired, etc.
- Job Action has values - Termination, Hire, Rehire etc.
- Employee Class - Values of Academic, Staff, Student etc.
- Job Action Reason has values - Rehire, Academic Concurrent Hire etc.
