To allow applicants to complete the fellowship questions after submission follow the steps bellow. 


  1. On the application click "Insert Requirement"  under Checklist

2. On the pop up that appears select "Form" under section then select "Additional Education Experience" under form

3. Leave the most of boxes below as there were and click Save. Contact the applicant to let then know you would like them to complete the checklist item. 


You can chose to select either to leave "Optional" unchecked to to check it. Depending on your choice it will show up on the applicant portal as the option below.
