Below is a list of the calls and estimated timelines for the fellowships GEPA's Fellowship Team administers. Fellowships with an asterisk denote extramural opportunities. For intramural opportunities, the Fellowship Team will send the nomination call to departments 6 calendar weeks ahead of the nomination deadline. We will make every effort to do the same for extramural fellowships, though occasionally agencies will send us a call with a short turnaround or otherwise revises their review schedule, which in turn will impact our campus timeline.

A nomination is disqualified if a nominator submits a nominee packet that is missing any of the required nomination materials.

Please proofread the application fully and connect with both the Graduate Fellowships Team (gradfellowshipnoms@ucsd.edu) and your departmental fund manager for additional guidance prior to submission.
