GEPA Fellowship Calls and Timelines

GEPA Fellowship Calls and Timelines

Below is a list of the calls and estimated timelines for AY 2025-2026 for the fellowships GEPA's Fellowship Team administers. Fellowships with an *asterisk denote extramural opportunities (e.g. limited submissions and/or fellowships originating from outside UC San Diego). For intramural opportunities, the Fellowship Team will send the nomination call to departments 6 calendar weeks ahead of the nomination deadline. We will make every effort to do the same for extramural fellowships, though occasionally agencies will send us a call with a short turnaround or otherwise revises their review schedule, which in turn will impact our campus timeline.

Please note that while these are estimated timelines for this academic year, timelines may shift in future years. This list will be updated to reflect any such changes.
