Operational Strategic Initiatives is currently partnering with Graduate Financial Support to capture current state processes and to leverage Lean Six Sigma methodology to identify quick wins and long-term strategies for process improvement. Our focus is to ensure the highest quality student experience, while reducing administrative burden through process optimization and (where appropriate and technologically possible) automation. We look forward to connecting with staff, faculty, and students as we generate, collect, and implement ideas for improvements. We will make every effort to ensure that all stakeholders are involved in discussions and are informed of changes and the benefits therein.
