Guidelines

There are a few things you will want to keep in mind while logging time in ITS-PRO

Guidelines

  1. Record when you worked. Accurately reporting your time is more important than recording exactly 8 hours for each day. Some days you may work more than 8 hours and some days you may work less than 8 hours. Make sure whenever you spend time on work related activities, that respective time gets logged in ITS-PRO.
  2. Record when you didn't work. While ITS-PRO is not integrated with MyTime (yet), there should be alignment with how you account for when you did not work in both of these systems. If you log Out Of Office time in MyTime, that same Out Of Office time should be logged in ITS-Pro.
