- Creating multiple types of projects:
- Network maintenance
- Network project
- Data center maintenance
- Data center project
- Application development project
- Analysis & consulting projects
- Business process maintenance
- Business process redesign project
- Understanding and application of project rubric:
- Has used the rubric to score 3+ projects
- Rubric scores are consistent with others with Level 2 certification
- Exposure to Volatility metrics
Verification can be completed by:
- PPMO Manager
- Any individual with ITS PRO Level 3 Certification
