The title of the event. This can be the title of a speakers talk or the name of the event.


Try to avoid putting 'TBD' in this field. In the case that the event is a lecture and the speaker has not yet decided a title, it's better to put a description such as Lecture by Dr. Sunny Day. If neither a speaker nor title has been decided, use a unique description such as Workshop (1 of 3) sponsored by the Communications in Science Program.
Series
(error)(tick)A series is a label that can be applied to any event to signify that the event belongs to a collection. An example includes 'In the Lab'. The series that appear in this list should be active.

If you believe this list is missing a label for a series that you actively post events for, or, a series on the list is no longer active, please email the help desk. 

Series must be approved by an official managing entity (e.g. Deans Office, Business Officer or WOC).

Description

Per WOC, Seminars must have an abstract in the Description field.

Per School policy, only events that are hosted by the School, or an official entity of the School, may be listed.
