Business Office Ticketing in ServiceNow (BOTS)


Business Office Ticketing in SNOW (BOTS):  An Academic Affairs workgroup that creates request intake forms for a variety of specific and general business office needs using Kuali Build and ServiceNow. 

Academic Affairs started this initiative for the expanding needs of our business offices to support their units. Participating Business Offices use a variety of forms and the ServiceNow ticketing system to manage a wide range of business office requests. This method not only allows for efficient assistance through targeted form questions to minimize back-and-forth email exchanges, it also allows for personnel backup during busy work times or when staff are out-of-office, and creates a single point of communication and reference for your business office requests.
