Issue Types



Activity: Used for tracking operational time outside of project work.

Bug: Used for teams to capture software and process defects.

Decision: A choice that informs scope, design, direction and blocks progress or informs change; will cause delay or impact to time/scope/budget if not addressed.

Epic (Object): A tangible, independent deliverable/noun. The name of the object should be easily understood.

Milestone: Milestones are the key points in time/high-level accomplishments towards the end goal.

Recharge: Used for recharge installations, consulting work, and services.

Requirement A set of stipulations regarding project deliverables/a key element of the project scope and explained in detail the stakeholders’ expectations for a project.

Risk: The probability of occurrence of a specific event that affects the pursuit of objectives/external circumstances or events that cannot occur for the project to be successful.
Types of Mitigation: avoidance, mitigation, transfer, and acceptance.
Issues are major problems that can impede the project/situations that have already occurred and must be resolved to make forward progress with the project. 

Story: Issue type for a user story.

Task: Steps or actions in order to create or otherwise deliver objects.

Test: Used to create Zephyr Test within Jira.
