Methodology

The ITS PRO Methodology defines a simple and standard process for planning and tracking projects. It converges the concepts of Project Management and Lean Six Sigma measurements to provide a clear and predictable project experience based on data. At its core, it’s simply a way of breaking down a project into fundamental components that represent “what is being delivered” and “how it will be delivered,” thus reducing project unknowns. This simple project structure is dubbed the ITS PRO Ontology. A standardized set of valuable data is generated along the way and one look at these metrics paints a clear picture of the project.
