How do I create, edit, transition, or comment on tasks and activities (issues) in ITS JIRA

Other than epics (which are special), all the other tickets are called issues. In our system, tasks and activities are the most common issues.

Step-by-step guide

There are two ways to create issues

1. You can click on the blue "Create" button (similar to epics)
   
   

   1. Select the right project

   2. Select the correct issue type

2. You can also create a task from within an epic
