This view contains employee extended absence types and dates. Start here and then branch out if you are need finding the data you need.
Data Loads:
UCPath data is sent from UCOP to UCSD on a nightly basis. To see when the data completed being loaded by UCSD into EAH see this report: Tableau QA > Public > AH Data Load Status Report
Fields that make up the primary key:
- Employee ID
- Extended Absence Employee Record
- Extended Absence Transaction Number
Key Fields to use as filters:
- Extended Absence AsOf Indicator Code
- Job Action Code - Values of LOA, PLA
- Job Action Reason Code - Values of PDL, PER, MED, SFP, FSP etc.
- Job Code = CONV are converted records that can be filtered out if not needed
- Employee Status - 6 Values of Active Paid Leave of Absence, Retired, etc.
- Extended Absence Action
- Extended Absence Reason
- Extended Absence CFRA Eligibility
- Extended Absence UC Reason
- HR Status - Values of Active and Inactive
- Union Code has values - Service, Technical, Academic Researchers etc.
- FLSA Status has values - Exempt, Nonexempt
