EAH-ExtendedAbsence-View Quick Start Guide

This view contains employee extended absence types and dates.  Start here and then branch out if you are need finding the data you need.

Fields that make up the primary key:

• Employee ID

• Extended Absence Employee Record

• Extended Absence Transaction Number

Key Fields to use as filters:

• Extended Absence AsOf Indicator Code

• Job Action Code - Values of LOA, PLA

• Job Action Reason Code - Values of PDL, PER, MED, SFP, FSP etc.

• Job Code = CONV are converted records that can be filtered out if not needed

• Employee Status - 6 Values of Active Paid Leave of Absence, Retired, etc. 

• Extended Absence Action

• Extended Absence Reason

• Extended Absence CFRA Eligibility

• Extended Absence UC Reason

• HR Status - Values of Active and Inactive

• Union Code has values - Service, Technical, Academic Researchers etc.

• FLSA Status has values - Exempt, Nonexempt
