Hello EAH Developers - The below enhancements are included in this month's EAH Release.

Schedule for December

  • 5 Thursday: release enhancements to User Acceptance Testing

  • 12 Thursday end of day: release enhancement to Production

  • 13 Friday, end of day: delete QA models

No Release in January 2025

New Views

EAH-ApprovalExtendedAbsenceDetail-View

BIA and the UC Path Reporting team are excited to release the EAH-ApprovalExtendedAbsenceDetail-View.   This View will report on the Employee Extended Leave Absence Request Workflow Statuses for the campus which will assist the HR/Payroll teams in managing their work. UCPath can only show this data one employee at a time but EAH will allow the analysis of multiple employees.  This view will be part of the EAH Core views and will include row level security.  This view will be going to Production in February 2025.

EAH-WorkforcePerMonth-View

Per report developer request, BIA has created the EAH-WorkforcePerMonth-View.   The EAH-WorkforcePerMonth-View adds an additional primary key, "Workforce AsOf Date" to EAH workforce reporting. The  "Workforce AsOf Date" is the last calendar day of the month. The view reports the set of workforce values where the "Job AsOf Effective Date" is as of the "Workforce AsOf Date". The view also filters to return the max effective sequence number for an effective date. The view results are dynamic in that any retroactive change to UCPath will be reflected in a subsequent query. 

This view will be part of the EAH Core views but no row level security.  This view will be going to Production in February 2025.
