Analytics COP

The Analytics Community of Practice (ACoP) is designed to support folks interested in business analytics at UCSD using Cognos, Tableau and/or Activity Hubs. Members can participate in a variety of ways.

ACoP Teams Chat - These are used by member to ask questions of each other.

ACoP Mail List - Members receive email notifications of enhancements to Activity Hubs, upgrades for BI tools, issues and training.

ACoP Office Hours - Monthly Office Hours allow members to learn new skill, troubleshoot with experts, keep up with enhancements and meet other ACoP members.

Data Definitions Committee - Subject matter experts and BI team leads discuss field names and business definitions for new and existing fields. DDC meetings can be weekly, bi-weekly or monthly depending on project time lines. These meetings are by invite only and the invite list can vary based on meeting topics.

AH Sync - Bi-weekly meetings with reporting leads to discuss enhancement requests. These meetings are by invite only.
