Activity Hub Release Calendar

Activity Hubs that are in production follow a monthly release cycle. Exact dates are provided each month via the Jira Projects and release notes.

1st Thursday of each month: EAH, FACAH, and FINAH enhancements are migrated to Hana QA and made available to developers for UAT by the end of the day.

1st Friday thru 2nd Thursday: EAH, FACAH and FINAH enhancements are available to report developers and integration developers for User Acceptance Testing.

2nd Thursday of each month: starting at 3pm, EAH, FACAH and FINAH enhancements are migrated to Hana Production and made available in Cognos Production and Tableau Production.

*during months with 5 weeks we do not release during the extra week

2nd to Last Thursday of each month: COMPAH, PAH, RAH and SAH enhancements are migrated to Hana QA and made available to developers for UAT by the end of the day.

2nd to Last Friday thru Last Thursday: COMPAH, PAH, RAH and SAH enhancements are available to report developers and integration developers for User Acceptance Testing.

Last Thursday of each month: starting at 3pm, COMPAH, PAH, RAH and SAH enhancements are migrated to Hana Production and made available in Cognos Production and Tableau Production.

*during some months the last Friday of the month may be the start of the next month

Note: The release size depends on the amount of enhancements requested and resources available to make those enhancements. Some Activity Hubs will skip a release month as there are no enhancements requested for that month.
